1. Develop a sample solicitation plan. (II) 2. List the purpose of an RFI, RFQ, RFP, and SOW. (I, II) 3. Perform a sample source selection analysis. (III) 4. Identify the contract types and the advantages and disadvantages of each. (IV) 5. Evaluate the risk to the seller and the buyer of each contract type. (IV) 6. Describe the three elements of procurement management: purchasing, expediting and inspection. (V) 7. Identify the types and uses of warranties. (IV) 8. List advantages and disadvantages of centralized and decentralized contracting. (V) 9. Describe aspects of contract law. (IV) 10. Describe aspects of contract closeout. (IV)
