Description: Concepts of scope change management, including how a project`s scope is planned, defined, and verified

1. Develop a project charter and a scope statement. (I, II)
2. Identify the key issues related to formal acceptance of a project charter and scope statements. (I, II)
3. Identify key issues encountered during project planning. (II)
4. Describe the planning functions at different levels of management and within the organizational structure. (II)
5. Explain the purpose of a project kick off meeting. (II)
6. Define and develop a Work Breakdown Structure for a sample project. (II)
7. List the purpose and uses of scope verification and scope change. (II)
