Description: Individualized pronunciation practice and drills in English word stress and intonation patterns for English as a second (ESL) language speakers.

MCCCD Official Course Competencies
1. Speak and read aloud words based on standard English stress patterns. (I) 2. Speak or read aloud phrases and sentences using standard English intonation (stress) patterns. (II) 3. Identify statements and questions based on standard English intonation patterns. (II)
