2. Provide dental hygiene therapy for patients with special needs. (II) 3. Detect and remove moderate to heavy calculus deposits on patients with moderate to advanced periodontitis. (II) 4. Demonstrate clinical behaviors necessary for entry into dental hygiene practice. (III) 5. Integrate self assessment skills to assure and improve quality in patient care. (IV) 6.
