1. Formulate dental hygiene care plans for patients with advanced periodontal case types. (I)
2. Explain the components of informed consent and its significance to the presentation of the dental hygiene care plan. (II) 3. Prepare and present a case documentation of a patient with moderate to advanced periodontitis. (III) 4. Determine appropriate instrument selection and technique for root debridement for patients with moderate to advanced periodontitis. (IV) 5.
