Description: Practical application of procedures for servicing insurance policies. Includes quote and application processes in addition to communicating with Field Inspection Underwriters (FIU). Also covers memberships transfers and procedures for servicing cancelled policies as well as rewrites

9. Convert a quote to an application. (V)
10. Use system tools to communicate with Field Inspection Underwriters (FIU). (VI)
