3. Summarize the process for handling medication orders for physicians. (III)
4. Explain pricing and payment procedures. (III)
5. Describe procedures for handling pending medication orders, duplicate medication orders, and returns. (III)
6. Identify various function keys of computerized database. (IV)
7. Describe types of correspondence associated with physician medication orders. (V)
