Description: Computer-aided landscape design, site layout and analysis, landscape design modeling, graphics, sprinkler design, detail drawings, landscape legends, sectional and 3-D views, E-Z estimate and Database use



MCCCD Official Course Competencies
1. Use the Landcadd system in the development of landscape designs. (I)
2. Create a Landscape site plan with multiple layers. (II)
3. Develop Greenscape plan using landscape design principles. (III)
4. Prepare a landscape legend. (IV)
5. Develop and utilize detail drawings. (V)
6. Produce a hard copy of the generated drawings. (VI)
7. Develop an irrigation system. (VII)
8. Develop two and three dimensional views of site plans. (VIII)
9. Operate the E-Z Estimate Landscape Program. (IX)
10. Operate the Plant Specifier Database. (X)
MCCCD Official Course Competencies must be coordinated with the content outline so that each major point in the outline serves one or more competencies.
