Description: Terminology, technical forms and techniques of observation necessary to create and maintain records



MCCCD Official Course Competencies
1. Given a specific audience, select an appropriate type of report. (I, II)
2. Write a professional case report including reason, identifying data, audience, history and summary. (II)
3. Analyze the legal and liability issues related to report writing. (III)
4. Examine current trends in case report writing. (IV)
