Description: Familiarization with social service agencies through conducting intake interviews, observing agency practices, and attending staff meetings



MCCCD Official Course Competencies
1. Identify information collected in an intake interview.
2. Identify services provided by the social service agency.
3. Apply behavioral health concepts in a social service agency setting.
4. Communicate effectively with agency personnel and coordinators.
5. Apply human relations skills in the agency setting.
