Description: Practical application of international air reservations procedures. Includes Passenger Name Record (PNR) creation and modification as well as use of availability displays and international itineraries.

12. Advise customers of international baggage rules and charges. (IX)

14. Complete Star Alliance bookings. (IX)
15. Locate and sell ESAVER fares. (IX)
16. Complete international dividend miles booking procedures. (X)
17. Demonstrate procedures for completing upgrades. (X)
