Description: International air reservations procedures. Includes Passenger Name Record (PNR) creation and modification as well as use of availability displays and international itineraries. Covers preferred programs and partnerships.

Explain components of a fare calculation line. (IX) 13. Describe international baggage rules and charges. (X) 14. Complete an international booking. (X) 15.
