Description: International booking agent responsibilities. Includes geographical indicators and international carriers as well as cultural overview of Mexico and Canada

1. Identify responsibilities of the international booking agent. (I)
2. Describe geographical and weather indicators applicable to international travel. (II)
3. Identify and use common airline, airport and city codes. (III)
4. Identify and use currency codes. (III)
5. Describe the basic climate and culture of Mexico. (IV)
6. Prepare a traveler`s overview of major Mexican cities. (IV)
7. Describe the basic climate and culture of Canada. (V)
8. Name Canadian highlights for a traveler. (V)
9. Identify procedures for international calls to Mexico and Canada. (IV, V)
