Description: Inflight transition training of the Boeing 737 for new hires. Instruction includes Boeing 737 aircraft familiarization, general operations, and aircraft specific emergency equipment/procedures.



MCCCD Official Course Competencies
1. Describe the configuration of the Boeing 737 aircraft. (I)
2. Locate all equipment on board the Boeing 737. (I)
3. Explain the authority of the pilot-in-command with regard to crew communication and coordination. (II)
4. Distinguish routine communication signals and procedures from emergency communication signals and procedures. (II)
5. Describe the procedures necessary to perform the routine duties of the Flight Attendant on board the Boeing 737 aircraft. (II)
6. Describe methods for handling the following types of passengers: general, infants, children, unaccompanied minors, and those with special needs. (II)
7. Identify the types, location, number on board, and preflight check requirements of emergency equipment specific to the Boeing 737 aircraft. (III)
