Description: Expands on concepts and techniques of reservations/sales. Includes expanded miscellaneous functions and introduces advanced seat assignments, vacation packages, and ticketing

1. Define and explain terms related to Advanced Seat Assignments. (I)
2. Write and perform the entry to assign, cancel, and change advanced seat assignments. (I)
3. Explain the use of non-revenue passenger records and codes. (II)
4. Define and explain terms related to passenger boarding totals and history. (II)
5. Explain procedures for reinstating a cancelled itinerary. (II)
6. Explain procedures for completing special services. (II)
7. Differentiate between various aircraft types and codes. (III)
8. Describe vacation package services and procedures. (IV)
9. Identify the components of a ticket. (V)
10. Write the appropriate entries to complete the ticket. (V)
11. Determine form of payment and complete necessary paperwork for the payment. (V)
