Description: Basic orientation to Reservation/Sales training. Includes product knowledge, computer system, seats assignment, and baggage restriction information. Emphasis on transit item classifications, automated check-in and passenger acceptance procedures.

8. Identify baggage that can not be accepted for transport. (III)
9. Differentiate between baggage accepted for transport as checked baggage and baggage accepted as carry-on. (III)
10. List steps for checking in passengers for airplane travel. (III)
11. Provide airport check-in information. (IV)
12. Demonstrate effective use of the Direct Reference System. (IV)
13. Relay passenger flight information. (IV)
14. Display seat maps for all aircraft types on the computer. (V)
15. Produce and change simple seat assignments using computer entries. (V)
16. Explain the categories of the Security Profiling System (SPS). (VI)

22. Describe procedures for accepting various types of passengers for airplane transport. (IX)
