Description: Overview concepts of reservations and sales for airline booking agents. Includes guidelines on dealing with people with disabilities, reservations for cabin pets, and military fares. Introduction to fare displays and booking rules

3. Review guidelines and requirements for cabin pets. (I)
4. Describe steps to make a reservation using compensation voucher. (II)
5. List rules regarding military, government, and proprietary fares. (II)
6. Process gift certificate purchasing calls. (III)
7. Familiarize with electronic services available to customers. (III)
8. Interpret general pricing fare displays. (IV)
9. Explain surcharges. (IV)
10. Explain booking and change rules to passengers. (IV)
11. Use global pricing procedures. (IV)
