Description: The Jamf Training Foundation offers a core understanding of Jamf Pro and Jamf Protect as well as an enterprise-focused examination of the macOS, iOS, and iPadOS platforms. The hands-on and example-based environment provides experience in the configuration of Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, device enrollment, distributing App Store apps, building and managing packages to deploy to computers, configuration and settings for computers and mobile devices, device security, a scripting overview (Bash), and an introduction to the security standards. This offering includes content and certification opportunities from the Jamf 100, 170, and 200 courses.

2. Describe the fundamental macOS, iOS, and iPadOS settings and file storage structures. (II)
3. Configure Jamf Pro leveraging user groups. (III, VI)

5. Enroll computers and mobile devices into Jamf Pro. (III, VII)
6. Organize devices into advanced searches and smart groups based on inventory criteria. (IV, VII)
7. Deploy apps and settings to computers and mobile devices. (IV, VIII)
8. Configure restrictions and device settings using configuration profiles. (IV, IX)
9. Create basic Bash scripts for deployment to computers. (V, VIII)
10. Deploy scripts, packages, and other content to computers and mobile devices. (V, VIII)

12. Explore security standards and how they relate to device management and Jamf Protect. (XI)
