Demonstrate an understanding of Ohm’s Law, Watts Law, and Kirchoff’s Law, including amperage and resistance. (III) 7. Effectively use Digital Volt Ohm meter/digital multimeter (DVOM/DMM) to determine resistance, amperage, and voltage. (III) 8. Research appropriate wiring information pertaining to photovoltaic systems. (IV) 9. Explain different types of power distribution including single-phase and three-phase devices. (IV) 10. Build a solar photovoltaic circuit. (IV) 11. Analyze electrical circuit diagrams by identifying circuit components, voltages, currents, and power. (IV) 12. Explain rapid shutdown/utility transfer.
