1. Practice Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), trade, and local safety standards in daily work. (I)
2. Demonstrate industry-standard professionalism that includes safety, dress, attendance communication, and customer service. (I) 3. Document work performed according to industry standards. (I) 4. Identify the appropriate tools for electrical work. (I, II, III) 5. Identify trade terms associated with the fundamentals of electricity. (I, II, III) 6. Interpret specifications and drawings to determine wiring and electrical system requirements. (I, II) 7. Use fundamental laws of electricity to build series, parallel, and series-parallel circuits. (III, V) 8. Describe the application of various sizes and construction materials for electrical wiring. (IV, VI) 9. Perform electrical panel installation according to electrical codes. (VII) 10. Install specific electrical conductors, types of insulation, and jacket types according to code and specifications. (VIII) 11. Apply techniques to form and install various conduit types. (X-XIII) 12. Identify types of raceways and their applications. (X-XII) 13. Utilize proper equipment and procedures to pull wire through conduits, junctions, and raceways. (X-XII) 14.
