Description: Focus on application of cosmetology skills learned in the live salon setting to perform services with limited instructor assistance. Industry readiness and preparation to perform services in the chosen field of expertise after licensure with the Arizona Barbering & Cosmetology Board.

1. Demonstrate proper infection control procedures and first aid. (I)
2. Demonstrate advanced chemical texture services and tools. (II)
3. Demonstrate proper client consultation during design decisions and considerations. (III)
4. Describe the tools and products needed to achieve desired service to meet client needs. (III)
5. Demonstrate learned skills and knowledge through written and practical assessment. (IV)
