Description: The analysis and preparation of all elements of a Technical Theatre/Design Portfolio including the use of digital portfolios and application to specific disciplines. Practice with portfolio presentation and maintaining and updating portfolio materials.



MCCCD Official Course Competencies
1. Outline all components needed to construct a Design/Tech Theatre portfolio. (I, II)
2. Demonstrate proper formatting style for all documents contained in a digital portfolio. (I, IV)
3. Customize the major components of a portfolio using digital design software. (III)
4. Using a digital format, demonstrate the presentation of a well designed portfolio. (IV)
5. Construct a sound marketing strategy to integrate into the portfolio making process. (IV)
6. Demonstrate appropriate portfolio management skills. (V)
