Description: Customer service emphasis on fire product procedures. Covers types of coverage, endorsements, discounts, and eligibility in addition to fair access concerns. Also includes procedures for quoting watercraft and homeowner fire coverage and use of state-specific guidelines and procedures.

9. Demonstrate procedures for determining home estimated replacement cost. (III)
10. Complete customer service procedures for managing payment information. (III)
11. Locate and use state-specific fire guidelines. (IV)
