Description: A continuation of Aural Perception III, including extended chords.



MCCCD Official Course Competencies
1. Identify and perform changing meters and tuplets. (I-III)
2. Sight-sing melodies that contain borrowed divisions. (II)
3. Sight-sing melodies that contain changing meters and tuplets. (II)
4. Notate, from dictation, melodies that modulate, up to eight measures in length. (III)
5. Notate from dictation non-tonal melodies. (III)
6. Identify secondary dominant functions. (III)
7. Identify augmented sixth chords. (III)
