1. In a professional manner, adhere to safety, emergency, and ethical policies and procedures of the ultrasound department and healthcare agency with limited assistance. (I)
2. Perform image acquisition and processing including storage of completed vascular examinations with limited assistance. (II) 3. Follow patient care protocols before, during, and after the vascular sonographic examinations with limited assistance. (III) 4. Perform administrative procedures to include scheduling, billing, report retrieval, and processing of patient, with limited assistance, as needed. (IV) 5. Assist the technologist in performing selected vascular sonographic examinations in the clinical setting. (V) 6. Create vascular diagnostic images under limited supervision. (VI) 7. Utilize appropriate techniques to correct equipment limitations for vascular imaging under limited supervision. (VI) | |||
