Description: Introduction to rental property and condo/unit owner insurance components, policies and procedures for the customer service representative. Covers systems and procedures for issuance, modification, and cancellation of policies as well as declined accounts. Also includes member policy update procedures.

8. Demonstrate procedures for servicing rental and condo/unit owner policies including updating member policy information. (I-III)
9. Describe key components to the rental property and condo/unit owner insurance call. (I-III)
10. Respond to member rental property and condo/unit owner insurance premium inquiries. (I-III)
