Description: Workshop seminar in commercial music disciplines.

1. Utilize tools and techniques significant to a particular production practice. (I)
2. Define terms and definitions specific to a field of interest. (I)
3. Demonstrate participatory skills in a workshop activity through group dynamics and dialogue. (II)
4. Identify problem solving skills in technical and aesthetic aspects of the field. (II)
5. Develop professional contacts and collaborate with practitioners in an accelerated learning environment. (III)
6. Develop a portfolio in a specific discipline. (III)
7. Apply classroom learning in a professional setting. (III)
8. Relate developments in an area of concentration to similar contemporary media. (IV)
9. Initiate research methods in a studio practicum that will continue both personal and professional development. (IV)
10. Attend guest lectures, performances, or studio/professional visitations. (IV)
