Description: An overview of college orientation and academic planning, with an emphasis on the use of academic course work and career planning to develop a successful internship experience.

3. Describe effective behavior for the academic and career internship settings. (III, IV)
4. Identify effective strategies which allow for successful transitioning into the college setting. (III-VI)

7. Explain communication skills needed to establish relationships in a diverse workplace. (VI)
8. Create an action plan to identify internship educational goals. (VI)
