Use appropriate service information, tools and equipment to perform common light repairs. (IV) 5. Perform new or used car pre-delivery inspection services as outlined by manufacturer. (V) 6. Describe the influence of corporate culture as it applies to automotive service industry. (VI) 7. Complete manufacturer-specific online training to learn new model information and to reinforce knowledge of systems and special procedures. (VII) 8.
