1. Formulate comprehensive dental hygiene care plans for clinic patients. (I)
2. Integrate problem-solving strategies to enroll clients as co-therapists in oral disease prevention and treatment. (II) 3. Maintain instrument sharpness. (III) 4. Detect and remove moderate calculus deposits on patients with advanced to moderate periodontitis. (III) 5. Provide dental hygiene therapy for patients from diverse populations, with emphasis on adult and geriatric patients. (III) 6. Distinguish appropriate chemotherapeutic agents. (III) 7. Administer appropriate pain control agents as indicated. (III) 8. Analyze the outcomes of dental hygiene therapy. (IV) 9. Maintain complete and accurate records of all clinic procedures. (V) 10.
