Description: 3D-Character modeling and animation for multimedia, film, broadcast, video games and interactive entertainment. Animation of the character, materials and texture mapping.



MCCCD Official Course Competencies
1. Student will apply appropriate materials and textures and use the skin deformation tools to make the character life-like. (I)
2. Student will use lighting techniques to enhance the character. (I)
3. Student will animate a 3D character electronically. (II)
4. Student will demonstrate understanding of traditional key-frame animation. (II)
5. Student will apply the foot-step driven technique to his or her character. (II)
