Description: Theory and practice of technical phases of play production. Includes applications in scenery, properties, and lighting.



MCCCD Official Course Competencies
1. Identify and use basic stage operating systems, equipment, tools, and safety practices. (I)
2. Define stagecraft terminology and demonstrate the ability to use construction, paint, and rigging techniques in scenery and properties. (II)
3. Define lighting terminology and demonstrate applications of stage lighting mechanics. (III)
