1. Identify and describe major features of local residential styles. (I)
2. Draw bubble and thumbnail sketches pertinent to an original residential design. (II) 3. Develop, draw, and dimension floor plans, foundation plans, roof plans, framing plans, and full cross sections based on an original design. (III) 4. Develop, draw, and annotate custom door, window, fireplace, and skylight details as required for an original design. (IV) 5. Develop, draw, and annotate footing details pertinent to an original design. (IV) 6. Develop, draw, and annotate electrical, mechanical, and plumbing plans for an original design. (V) 7. Develop and draw customized interior and exterior elevations based on original designs. (VI) | |||
