Description: Introduces the professional challenges and competencies that are needed for effective execution of the profession of arms and Army communication. Through this course, students learn how ethics and values shape the Army and the specific ways that these ethics are inculcated into Army culture. Explores the seven Army values and the warrior ethos, investigate the profession of arms and Army leadership as well as an overview of the Army, and gains practical experience using critical communication skills. Includes physical training assessments, tactical training, as well as lecture-based instruction.
