Description: The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Yoga Instruction: Level I is designed to prepare students to become qualified yoga instructors. Includes a foundation in the theory, traditions and practice of yoga, knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics as applied to yoga instruction, instructional methodology in the art of teaching beginning yoga poses (asanas) as part of a yoga practice, and mentored teaching experience.

Program Notes
Students must earn a grade of C or better in all courses within the program.

Students must enroll in a yoga (YOG) physical practice course each semester.
