Description: The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Financial Services Retirement Accounts: Customer Service is designed to provide students with the training required for employment in the financial services industry. Courses focus on the responsibilities of the customer service representative, including financial services plans, compliance, and account management in addition to effective customer service and use of required systems.
