Description: The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Kubernetes Security provides students the knowledge and skills to perform a broad range of best practices for securing container-based applications and Kubernetes platforms during build, deployment and runtime. This program helps prepare students for the Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) certification exam. Industry professionals in the field of information technology security will benefit from adding a specialization in Kubernetes security to their skill sets.


Learning Outcomes
1. Setup Kubernetes Cluster using security policies and best practices. (CIS126DL, CIS126RH, CIS238DL, CIS238RH, CIS252, CIS255)
2. Restrict access to Kubernetes API through Cluster Hardening. (CIS238DL, CIS238RH, CIS255)
3. Perform overall system hardening using appropriate tools. (CIS126DL, CIS126RH, CIS238DL, CIS238RH, CIS255)
4. Manage microservice vulnerabilities using OS level security best practices. (CIS255)
