Description: The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Web Hosting: Customer Service is designed to provide students with the training required for providing customer services in the various areas of web hosting. The specialization will focus on either Inbound Account Support, Inbound Sales Productivity, or Hosting Support with an opportunity for demonstration of effective customer service.
