ASU: Sociology has been added as a "Required Area" subject and community colleges can transfer theirs to them.
EAC: No longer has Anthropology - students can take any other social science course for degree requirements. YC: Removing Reading Proficiency as a pre-req for courses; Considering Acadeum partnership for articulating courses to assist completion rates. MCCCD: Hoping to add GIH to the gender course; Thinking of adding Critical Race Theory content to their curricula. UArizona: In the middle of a major Gen Ed overhaul. Dine is now a 4-year college with 11 programs, and considering offering master's degrees including one in Social Work. |
