Description: The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Credit Counseling: Customer Service program is designed to provide students with the training required for employment in the credit counseling industry. Courses will cover types of bankruptcies, types of credit and types of account liabilities as well as legal issues and laws governing the credit industry. The training will also focus on customer service, customer account evaluations and account maintenance.
