Description: The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Law Enforcement Training Academy is designed for students wishing to pursue a career as a law enforcement officer. The student will develop skills in eight functional areas: Introduction to Law Enforcement, Law and Legal Matters, Patrol Procedures, Traffic Control, Crime Scene Management, Community and Police Relations, Report Writing, and Police Proficiency Skills. At the conclusion of this program the student will have completed all requirements of the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training (AzPOST) Board standards established to certify police officers in the State of Arizona.
