Description: Facilitating the transition from AFROTC cadet to AFROTC candidate. The course is designed to examine the general aspects or air and space power through a historical perspective. The course covers a time period from the first balloons and dirigibles to the modern technology currently used in overseas contingency operations. Includes Air Force heritage, Air Force leaders, introduction to ethics and values, group leadership problems and continuing application of communication skills. Leadership Laboratory is mandatory for AFROTC cadets and complements this course by providing cadets with followership and leadership experiences.
