Description: Creation of graphic files using storyboarding techniques, and template files. Graphics development procedures, standard graphics, templates, and symbols. Visual assessment of graphics. Creation of animated graphics. Tagging graphics, import and export graphic files. Implementation of graphic files for specific workstations. M-Graphic drawings for Metasys facilities



MCCCD Official Course Competencies
1. Create graphic files according to a given job specification using storyboarding techniques and a template file. (I)
2. Plan the graphics development procedure using standard graphics, templates, and symbols given project documents. (II)
3. Create graphics to the operator to visually assess point status. (III)
4. Create dynamic and animated live graphic symbols. (IV)
5. Build a graphic, using drawing tools, that contains four dynamic animated points within an hour. (V)
6. Use aliases to tag graphic symbols to live database points, given a field database. (VI)
7. Import and export graphic files, digital photos, and copy and paste information onto M-Graphics drawings. (VII)
8. Implement graphic files specifically to support M3 and M5 workstations. (VIII)
9. Generate and use M-Graphic drawings for a Metasys facility utilizing the M3 or M5 workstations. (IX)
