Identify the physical factors, components, and preparation of media used for plant growth. (IV) 5. Identify plant growth regulation with the use of chemicals and endogenous plant regulators. (V) 6. Identify pest management strategies, diseases, and weeds associated with cut flower production. (VI) 7. Identify methods of shipping, storing, and handling cut flowers. (VII) 8. Describe greenhouse construction and operations, styles, framing and location. (VIII) 9. Explain marketing and business management, sales, and accounting in the cut flower industry. (IX) 10.
