Description: The creative use of art media and techniques at appropriate developmental levels.

1. Explain children`s art experiences as a process of learning. (I)
2. Describe the problem-finding and problem-solving components of children`s creative processes. (I)
3. Demonstrate the Play and Problem-Solving model for children`s art experiences. (I)
4. Describe the developmental stages of art in young children. (I)
5. Describe effective approaches to talking with young children about their art. (I)
6. Propose creative art materials and experiences appropriate for young children. (II)
