Description: Practical application of strategies and procedures for conducting customer consultations and troubleshooting.

1. Demonstrate procedures for troubleshooting branding issues. (I)
2. Complete customer consultations. (I-III)
3. Demonstrate procedures for troubleshooting productivity issues. (II)
4. Demonstrate procedures for troubleshooting presence issues. (III)
