(II) 6. Use flatlocking for embellishing a fabric. (II) 7. Make a plain serged straight seam, a reinforced seam, a curved seam, and a seam with corners. (II) 8. Apply seam finish to straight edges, curved edges, and corners. (II) 9. Gather on a home serger, with and without differential feed. (II) 10. Apply a blind serger hem to a knot and to a woven fabric. (II) 11. Set up a home serger for a rolled hem. (II) 12. Apply a rolled serger hem to a knit and to a woven fabric, using either woolly nylon or two-ply serger thread. (II) 13.
