Description: The Maintenance Technician: Apartments program is designed to provide training in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems, electricity, plumbing, appliance, interior and exterior general repair. Students will have an opportunity to learn skills necessary to assess and solve problems quickly, based upon an understanding of program learning outcomes. The program provides students an opportunity to develop communication skills, performance skills, organizational skills and team collaboration skills.
