| Changes to Common Course Matrices : | Issue #1 to bring forward to AZ Transfer is complete. Request was: "Create a State and National Constitution course column on the Bachelor?s with certification Common Course Matrix as this is a required lower division course for all 3 universities? bachelor?s in ECE with certification degrees." AZTransfer created the column and ATF Facilitator added the courses for each institution. They are now populating in red text. Once each institutional articulation logs in and approves, the pending red text will change to permanent black text. Courses were duplicated from the Elem. Ed. and Special Ed. Matrix per request by the ATF. |

ATF Dashboard: Dine college needs their prefix added to this page. TOCC - Elsa Bonilla has requested that Curtis Peterson also be added as a member to the ATF (both ECE & EDU).
Issue #2 to bring to AZ Transfer is complete. See AZ Transfer's response below. ATF says, "Clarification needed by ECE ATF members about how courses move from ?under review? to finalization on the Early Childhood matrices, specifically the non certification AAS->BAS ECE Common Competency Matrix." This is done by your institutional articulation facilitator. For this new matrix specifically, the ECE ATF Facilitator uploaded the rest of the courses from the Google shared spreadsheet to the online matrix in red pending text and sent to the institutions for approval to go to black text. Kelly Robles from AZTransfer initially entered many of the courses and then followed up some at the end as well. See attached docs. The information was taken directly from the Google Shared Spreadsheet below, so please check for accuracy and notify your articulation person at your institution if something needs to be fixed. AZTransfer Response to Issue #2 - "? Proposed matrix changes go through a series of approval processes to ensure that the appropriate changes are made. Once a proposed change is submitted, it is routed to each institution?s AZTransfer Facilitator and reviewed in accordance with that institution?s curricular processes. Once approved at that level, AZTransfer staff approve and updates changes to the matrix. Depending on review times, this change can be processed in as little as a few days to several weeks." |

| ASSIST Report Comments : | ATF Degree Reports - Issue #3 noted: UA South requested to be included in these degree reports (for the BAS in ECE). This request has been noted on this report and directed to the ASSIST staff. This ATF group, overall, found these reports to be useful and worthwhile with important information. All agreed that the program codes are confusing. Also, some programs have been disestablished, and that needs to be indicated. |
