Maricopa - It was noted to send ECE 105 (MATLAB) and AMS courses through ACETS for updated re-evaluations. There could be possible changes as to how the target institutions will now accept them based on curricular changes since they were last evaluated in 2006.
Dine - has an Intro. to Engineering course that they would like added to the Matrix and the SUN. However, they need to send their syllabi through ACETS to the three universities to first be articulated and placed in the CEG. Currently, they only receive elective credit at the universities so this course cannot display in the matrix or SUN yet. This course has not been sent through ACETS since the 90's - needs an updated eval. - Also is it 2 credits or 3? CEG is listing it as 2. Please contact Louise Litzen at Dine for help with this. |

ASU - Question arose as to why MAT 275 was not on the matrix because MAT 274 & MAT 275 are equivalent courses at ASU. Wondering why MAT 275 is not in the SUN with MAT 274 (SUN # MAT 2262)
NAU - Request to Add labs to the PHY 161 & 262 in matrix. Lab was added in matrix in red for 262L. PHY 161 lab is embedded. There is no separate PHY 161L course Maricopa - MAT 277 added in red text for approval. Wondering why MAT 261, 276 & 277 are not in the SUN along with MAT 262 (SUN # MAT 2262)? Also, different combinations of ECE courses were proposed on matrix in red instead of the current combinations displaying (according to what is in the CEG). Mohave - EGR 102 has been added to Matrix in red text and needs approval by you. Yavapai's EGR 102 displays in the matrix but not sure it should until UA finishes evaluation to see if it is equivalent. |

For the Design Technology IB exam, NAU will no longer be awarding credit for any score. Please change to NT in the matrix. We are now aligned for this exam!
However, the ATF group will consider reviewing the IB material again in the future if they are provided with the following items from IB: Course outline which contains course content (equivalent to a syllabus). Learning outcomes that are assessed by this exam. Titles of the textbooks that are used in this curriculum. |

NPC noted that the ELC prefix on the Portal Page should be removed and replaced with MET (Mechatronics). NPC also made a note about the PHO prefix. Not sure that should be listed? Need to follow up with NPC for directions on that.

UA - Yavapai has an Intro. to Engineering course (EGR 102) that they would like to be in the SUN but it cannot be added until UA evaluates - still waiting in ACETS -blank in CEG - sent Summer 2011.
UA - CCC has an Intro. to Engineering course (EGR 186) that they would like to be in the SUN but it cannot be added until UA evaluates - still waiting in ACETS -blank in CEG - sent Spring 2014. UA - Cochise noted that there are still blanks in the CEG for the courses they sent through ACETS in Spring of 2013 (EGR 210, 213, and 214). They are asking UA for their decision on how they will be accepted. AZTransfer - Mohave's EGR 102 has had 3 direct equivalencies in the CEG since Fall 2013. Please add the SUN symbol to their course in the CEG and add their course to the SUN Matrix |
